The Shortcut Mapper needs to be fixed.
It shouldn't allow multiple key sequences to be set to the same value and should
tell you when you try to do that.
And there should be a way to add shortcuts to existing menu items.
It is also displaying shortcuts that have a blank name.
And it doesn't look like the "delete shortcut" works.

I'm guessing there is no way to do my above request.
So I did it the way someone else suggested. (macro shortcuts are apparently
executed before / override menu shortcuts)
I created a new macro and selected the Edit | Trim Trailing Space menu item,
saved it as "Trim Trailing Spaces" and gave it a shortcut of Ctrl+Shift+C.
I also changed the existing macro "Trim Trailing and save" to Ctrl+Alt+Shift+C,
and, just in case, I changed an existing shortcut that had that sequence to
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Numpad0 (or something like that) because there was no way to
delete the shortcut for that item. (it was a plugin function)

On a standard XP Pro machine Light Explorer just stopped showing all
html files.
Upgrading to 4.5 didn't help. Neither did removal of Notepad++ and
reinstalling.
Works fine on other machines.
