I have +/- 150 htm files and have to change everytime when they are created the fontsizes. size="-1" --> size="2" size="1" --> size="2" size=-2 --> size="2" this website is created ---> this site is SAVE files Is it possible to do all operations in one operation? ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. Is there a reason for this? I don't see this as being a difficult addition or a reason for omitting it. If create a new file and select the language as XML, edit my file and then click "Save As", I'd like to enter a filename and hit save without having to select XML from the file type list in the save dialog. I guess that's better than having to perform a replace script containing 3 actions on 150 files manually. You could use the Simple Script Plug-In to write your script, but it doesn't (yet, Fidvo are you still with us???) allow you to run it on all open files. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. One detail that appears left out is that I turned off the option to "Remember the current session for next launch" which is on by default. If I close a file then it stays in the history, but if I exit N++ any open files do not get saved in the history. If I enabled "Remember the current session for next launch", then previously open files would be reloaded and it wouldn't matter if they were not in the history (although I would prefer all documents including open ones remain in the history). I hope this helps to provide more detail about the problem. Great program by the way! ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. After uninstalling v4, installing v5 and trying to run NPP, I get an MS popup saying Notepad++ has stopped working. Details of the popup: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: notepad++.exe Application Version: 5.0.0.0 Application Timestamp: 486fffd4 Fault Module Name: StackHash_be50 Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0 I am able to use the standalone (zip) version, but because it is not installed, Windows won't let me assign it to be the default program of any file types. Please help. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. I suspect in most cases one could use this feature without experiencing any trouble. It seems that NPP may add a string value to the .<your extension here> key in the Registry >> HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT. In my experience the other day, I found that this notepad++ string value assumed the 'VBSfile' data value and left the default string hanging with a blank value. This didn't correct itself when I used the arrow to unassign this extension. I had to fix it manually. This issue may or may not be a big deal depending on the extension in question. for .vbs files, you won't be able to run WSH on .vbs files unless you fix this. I'm not inclined to futz with this feature any more. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. I use the .txt file extension for config files that I want to apply special syntax highlighting too. Is there a way to provide a regular expression for the whole filename as opposed to just looking at the file extension. if not, can I create a special style within the .txt language definition based on the filename? ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. Is that a reproducible bug, or am I missing something? Unrelated, can I choose the color of the highlighting in the styler configurator? ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum.
