So, maybe you modify the configuration files in Notepad++'es folder whereas Notepad++ uses the files from Application Data folder? ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. Here's what's happening (when I edit in Javascript mode -- not Python, not sure about other languages): When I type a colon, the indentation level of my current line is reduced to 0 -- i.e. all the spaces (or tabs, but I have tab/space replacement on) to the left of my current line are removed. It happens even when I am editing string literals. Running v5.1.1 on Windows XP SP2. Does anyone have any idea how to change or stop this behavior? Thank you very much! Unfortunatly, if you want the old icons back, you have to download an older version of notepad++. That, or make a new icon set that makes use of the ugly icons, and use that instead. I cant really help with that. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. Here are steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open file with cyrillic symbols in Notepad++ 5.1.1 cyrillic. 2. Close tab for just opened file. 3. Ensure that file is listed in recent files list. 4. Close Notepad++. 5. Check that %APPDATA%\Notepad++\config.xml contains <File filename="encoded filename" /> for cyrillic path in <History nbMaxFile="15"> section. 6. Execute Notepad++ again and check recent files list: there is no files with cyrillic symbols in paths! Other files are ok. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum.
