But the praise is implicit, so to speak: If a lot of users complain about a problem/bug/whatever, it normally means that everything else works just fine. Otherwise they wouldn't use the software at all. AFAIC, Notepad++ is one of the best things since sliced bread: Small, fast, easy and intuitive to use, and even natively portable! Although I use Notepad2 (another Scintilla-based editor) as my Notepad replacement, Notepad++ is my weapon of choice when I need user-defined syntax highlighting or more advanced features. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. I found one more SubEntry: <Item posX = "3" posY = "5" name = "Zoom"/> But still the translated item id no. 44036 is not visible in the "View" menu. Also I have not found a way how to translate items in the "Run" menu (Launch in Firefox, Launch in IE ...) ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. I haven't localized this string, because it's the same in English and in Danish. <Item id = "44036" name = "Synchronize Horizontal Scrolling"/> You can change the items in the run menu in the shortcut mapper JR ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. I use Alt+Shift+P to insert the string "<p align=justify>[crlf]" and it worked just fine for many months. Last night I tried to insert a paragraph marker in some HTML and it started Windows Media Player instead. I have -NO- idea what's going on and would appreciate someone pointing me at what I likely did wrong. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum. I don't know anything about this (in an old thread): RE: Saving in rtf or html format By: FlakRat (flakrat) - 2006-12-27 21:50 I'm not sure if there's a plug in for Notepad++, however SciTE has support for Edit->Copy as RTF. Since SciTE is a demo of features available in Scintilla, maybe Notepad++ will enable this feature in a future version (since it is also based on Scintilla). In the meantime, you can download SciTE. I use it when I want to copy and paste code into MS Word docs. I use Notepad++ when actually editing the source code. http://scintilla.sourceforge.net/SciTEDownload.html ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum.
