[ASTERIXDB-2291][FUN] Implement if_inf,if_nan,if_nan_or_inf
- user model changes: yes
- storage format changes: no
- interface changes: no
Details:
- Implement functions: if_inf(), if_nan(), if_nan_or_inf()
- Add testcases and documentation
- INF to string conversion should produce "INF" instead of "Infinity"
- Move if_missing(), if_null() testcases to 'null-missing' folder
