Currently, the RecoveryManager is not skipping the filter for undo. This means
currently the filter tuple is storing arbitrary value when undo performed (for
instance inserting a tuple with duplicate key).
This bug appeared after the change at
[ASTERIXDB-2491|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ASTERIXDB-2491]
