@jjrodrig one way to check dist behavior is to make a draft pr with a branch
which starts with `jenkins-...` then we'd run the full CI which makes packages
as the last step.

I gave it a try in https://github.com/apache/couchdb/pull/4740 and it seems
to have restored deb package builds. Unfortunately that means not cleaning the
_build dirs and deps so may

Thanks for fixing Elixir 1.15! It's nice to be up-to-date.
One downside I think is it broke the deb package building in the full (main)
CI. I noticed it in the PR:
