Added new ParserConfiguration setting, interpolation_syntax. It has 3 possible
values:
- legacy (the default): Interpolations look like ${...} or #{...}. Note that
#{...} is deprecated for a long time now.
- dollar: Interpolations look like ${...}. With this syntax, #{...} will be
just static
