Hello Jason,
As per the description in the ticket I followed the steps to regenerate but IMO
there is no any issue in adding and removing the newly added accounting
settings.From here there should not be any means to delete the created party.
Please add more clear steps to regenerate issue.If you thought issue still
exist then you can generate thread on Mailing list.
