Use ofbiz wiki content to create asciidoc files in order components.

pages, that is use the content of screen explanation to create help for order
screen (without screen copy)
# migrate

pages, that is use the content to add overview or general process explanation,
with the activity diagram
# Add some link between general explanation to help screen
# update screen to add correct help link
Start with order entry process, and will iterate on same steps for other order
sub-components.
Order component documentation organization will evolve at each iteration or
when there are too many items in a specifics level.
