Code has been committed for the watchdog but I dont want to mark it as resolved
as the code uses the low power oscillator and that oscillator can be quite off,
thus the code multiplies the number of watchdog clocks by 2 to accommodate for
it. This really should not be the case but didnt want the arduino boards
rebooting because of this.
