hi notmuch folks--
i've been trying to wrap my head around how to get notmuch to support
verifying cryptographically-signed mail. i'm afraid my current
understanding of the problem space is that it is neither pretty nor

merge the children even before the parent arrives. But it's still
possible to construct mails that start out in separate threads and later
get merged when a common parent arrives.

Appease the test suite by using the true name for the Fcc directory
path, otherwise a value for `notmuch-database-path' which includes
symbolic links causes test suite failures.
