notmuch-mutt with multiple pop accounts/inboxes?

Hi, can notmuch-mutt be used with multiple pop accounts/inboxes? I am currently using the notmuch script, as indicated by the documentation https://notmuchmail.org/notmuch-mutt/ My problem is when configuring the path, I see that a single one is requested to verify, and this does not work for me
