[Nouveau] [PATCH] drm/Makefile: Support custom output dir with O

If the `O` variable from Makefile — which allows to specify the output folder for the build process — is used when building Linux, it needs to be specified when building Nouveau, even when out-of-tree. This patch doesn’t fix any issues but let the developers — who uses the `O` variable — avoid
