What switches are you using that their values change after reboot? There
should be a way to get the switch to save this info.

I've never used the OpenWRT openflow firmware but I'm guessing if you figure
out where ofprotocol is called you can add the option to set the dpid.
nl:DP_IDX local datapath DP_IDX
(see ofprotocol --help)
Just guessing though.
