I don't know much about Pronto, but this error is a message from the switch
telling NOX that it couldn't add a flow entry because the flow table was
full. Could that be the case indeed?

I'd like to know that it is compatible
I'm not aware of any incompatibility between NOX and this particular switch,
though I am not one of the most likely to know about such problems.
However, OpenFlow error type 3 code 0 indicates that the flow table is full...
maybe your table is just full?
