Many states and locals report having programs in place that reflect evidence-based predictors of post-school success, yet, there are not criteria available by which to examine an existing program and determine that it meets the established criteria for a predictor. During this call we will overview the process for operationally defining the predictors of post-school success identified by Test et al., 2009 and describe a new tool developed by NPSO and NSTTAC staff to assist states and local districts the process of examining programs to determine if they meet the established criteria for the predictors.
