National Post School Outcome Community of Practice

We want to thank all of you who have joined our list serve and contributed to
the work of the National Post-School Outcomes Center over the past several
years. We are writing to let everyone know that our former list serve is
phasing out and the new National Technical Assistance Center for Transition
(N-TACT) will take over.
