[ns] invalid command name Queue/DTail

I have been trying to install 802.11e from http://www.tkn.tu-berlin.de/research/802.11e_ns2/ on NS 2.28,. I have already installed it on ns 2.28, trying to run simulation with the sample TCL file multi_udpflows.tcl gives me an error invalid command name Queue/DTail while executing Queue/DTail
