Hi,

The red queue still grow beyond the limit_ if  i set
to 100 or 25 or any other value on ns-2.28. Please
refer to redns228.ps. 

However, it does not happen when I rerun the tcl
script on ns-2.27. Both  ns are run on Fedora Core 4.
Tcl script that I use can be on obtain from
ttp://nile.wpi.edu/NS/Example/red.tcl
