[ns] problem while installation of ns

Hi all, I have pc with AMD processor, but I am not able to install ns, its giving 'VERSION' problem. I have done the same installation on my lab PC, there its working. So sombody tell me, is ns hardware dependent? regards Rupesh Kumar
