[ns] Installation problems with ns-2.29

Hi!

After I installed ns-2.29 under Debian Linux I received the error message given 
below, independent of the script I try to simulate, even if just type 'ns' 
without any script name. I found this question several times in  the mailing 
list, but I didn't find any answer. 

Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

[ns] Samplerate algorithm in ns2

Hi!

Is it somwehow possible to use the Samplerate algorithm for the adaptation of 
data rates in ns2 by including some commands in the TCL-file?

Or is there a patch to add the SampleRate algorithm?

[ns] ns2 under Knoppix?

Hi everybody!

Does anybody of you gained some experience with ns2 under Knoppix? Is ns2 easy 
to install under Knoppix and also fully functional?
