Hi Everybody
I was working on wireless simulation for some time now and found that draw
lines of grid (on the topography) with distances in the nam visualizer was
very useful for me to know exactly where nodes are placed in the network,
especially when simulating dynamic networks and testing dyna
Dear users
Anyone knows how to add grid to nam ?
It's funny that I can't see the network dimensions when looking on the
visualizer ..
If there is no grid option, maybe someone knows how to draw a line in nam ?
..
Thanks

Dear ns-users
I want to add random waypoint to my ad-hoc network.
I can use setdest command to move the nodes ..
but first I wanted to see some examples of different implementations for
random waypoint models.
I googled this but haven't found any scripts.. actually I found this page

Hi everybody
I wrote a new object class (.h and .cc files) and I want to create an Object
of that class,
and send a pointer to every mac layer in my simulation of that object (get
the pointer in C++), anyone knows how can I do that ?
Thanks
Michael
Hi Guys
I am currently running a wireless simulation with few (4-8) nodes.
In order to gather statistics and analyse my simulation better I want to
access all the mac layers
of all the wireless nodes, do some calculations (average and std) and print
the resulting data in the nam window.

Hi everybody
I can't change node colors in my simulation.
I tried some variations of $node color and the color just won't
change.
Someone can please share a small wireless scenario with different node
colors ?
Thanks
Michael
Hi guys
Anyone knows how can I give a color to specific node in the nam viewer ?
Thanks

Hi guys
I have a question, maybe you can help me out.
I'm receiving networking info in my mac layer (I added my own mac for the
ns) and want
to send some of the info to dsdv.cc i mean to copy the info i received in my
mac layer
into an array i added in the dsdv class.
I tried to read in the ns_
Hello all,
We wrote a new mac layer, built it and it went without any errors.
When we try to run the tcl file by writing "ns wifitest.tcl" we have the
following error:
