hi researcher am doing my project under the topic of handover in mobile wimax and i want to get the handoff delay or latency and as i read in a lots of paper the define it as
Handoff latency: The handoff latency is defined as the time interval from last packet received form serving BS to and new packet received from target BS. now my question , how can i determined the time interval from last packet received form serving BS to and new packet received from target BS from the tracefile please help me if you can
