[ns] how to add a buffer to base station

 I want to implement snoop protocol and compare the results with
   that of tcp without snoop. for this i took a simple scenario where a
wired
   node and a wireless node are connected via base station. For snoop buffer
is
   needed at base station. how do i add a buffer to the base
