hi everyone i'm new to ns2 , i have a question regarding Base stations address as i saw there something called hierarchical addressing , and also there is alot of routing protocol like adhoc and NOAH and so on. my question how can i determine the IP Address or subnet adress of the Base stations in NS2 coding please share your knowledge regards

salam alikom can you help me to run asimulator NS2 i use it first i has written aprogram in text editor and save it as ex1.tcl but when i run it by typing ns ex1.tcl in the shell it say couldn't read file exi.tclno such file or directory i didn't understand what is this? could you help me HOW TO USE NS2 i'am new to use NS2 GAZAK ALLAH KHIRN __ Do You Yahoo!? am working on QOS ISSUES FOR VOIP OVER WI-FI, and i need to use a class -based queue to schedule my voice and data. so that i give high priority to VOICE and low to DATA. pls am new to NS2 and my time is near for submission, can anyone help me with code, or what i should do to acheive this, pls i need help, and new to NS2 and and dont even know C++ language. thanks. - Need a vacation? hi everyone In past message I read that in order to debug I need to do: ++ look for the line : # Build Tcl8.3.2 (should be around line 173) In this section you need to add the option --enable-symbols to the line : ./configure --enable-gcc --disable-shared --prefix=$CUR_PATH || so it becomes: ./configure --enable-gcc --enable-symbols --disable-shared --prefix=$CUR_PATH || Now, still in the ns-allinone/install file, look for the tclcl section. # Build tclcl (should be around line 260) in this section, you need to add --enable-debug to your configure line, such that: ./configure || ... becomes ./configure --enable-debug || ... ok, we're done with this one. save and close. now, go into your ns-allinone/ns directory, and open your Makefile.in. Search for CFLAGS (should be around line 90), and change it from CFLAGS = $(CCOPT) $(DEFINE) to CFLAGS = -g $(CCOPT) $(DEFINE) ++ I did this steps but now my scripts don´t work, what Happend I use Ns-2-29.
