Hi,
The easy way is downgrade gcc. First check which gcc will work for ns 2.29.Most
of the time old version of Installation Problem is due to gcc.
The following link show how to install alternative gcc

Tcl is not part of the ns project. Please see www.Scriptics.com
to see if they have a fix for your platform.
