[ns] Finding set of nodes transmitting at a particular instance of time

Hi, I would like to find all nodes that are transmitting a packet at a particular instant. Is it possible to obtain all the packet objects at a particular instant of time in ns-2. If yes, then the information whether a particular node is transmitting a packet is present in the packet header.
