With NS-2, I established a wireless network including node 0 and 1. Node 0 sends the CBR/UDP packets to node 1. And I use " Mac/802_11 set RTSThreshold_ 0". Does it mean using RTS／CTS scheme of 802.11 DCF in MAC layer? If sure of using RTS/CTS, could I believe that node 0 can know whether node 1 successfully receives the packets or not, from the RTS/CTS scheme? Even though the UDP does not a handshake scheme to confirm the packet forwarding.
