I tried sending this to the list yesterday, and I don't think it went 
through.  I apologize if you're seeing this again.

I've seen a few different ways to use High Speed TCP (HSTCP) in NS2, and 
just wanted to get a definitive answer, if there is one.

The resources I have generally talk about using SACK and changing a few 
parameters in the Agent.  I'm using version 2.28.
