use the following command to adjust the node size:
$ns_ initial_node_pos $node 10

I don't know why it is called initial_node_pos !

if you have an array of nodes ( $nodes_( ) ), then use a for loop:

for {set i 0} {$i < $val(nn)} {incr i} {
    # The function must be called after mobility model is defined
    $ns_ initial_node_pos $node_($i) 10
}
