[ns] ns2-doc.chm available???

Hi,

        I'm a newbie in ns. I find that ns-doc.pdf is just a manual instead of 
a reference book. There aren't bookmarks in ns-doc.pdf. It's hard to read. I 
have tried to modified the .sty files to add hyperref package and found that 
hyperref conflicts with other .sty files of ns-doc. I just wonder that if 
anyone have made a ns2-doc of chm version with bookmarks?
