Good question. You'll get confusing and sometimes conflicting packets sizes when setting it at the agent, transport or application level, but this is at the same layer. Maybe the send is L2 packet size, with l2 headers, and recv is L4 pakcet size without headers Try enabling the RTR and AGT tra
