You have posted the .nsd version to the CE files group. .nsd is for NS
Basic/Desktop, which cannot be opened by NS Basic/CE. Either save it
as .txt or as .nsb so NS Basic/CE users can open it.

I think you've uploaded your sample into the wrong group, nsbasic-
desktop instead of nsbasic-ce. At least I received the upload
