Sorry, there is no change in Version 8.

Windows Mobile was originally designed for keyboardless operation. Years
later, when keyboards appeared, the underlying objects in the OS were
not well done for this. 

We have spend a lot of time working on getting this going. It has been
pretty frustrating so far.
