No - it is working as intended.
If you are worried about saving data in case the app is interrupted,
you're best off saving it when it changes, not waiting for the app to end.

I'm using the Output_Close event to perform several tasks when my
application is closed. Unfortunately, it seems if you use the Windows
Mobile Memory-Running Programs-Stop, this event doesn't fire. Is this
expected, intentional, or accidental? Is there any way around this?
I'm using NSB 7.0.5b and Windows Mobile 5.
