Not quite true, as I have reported this as well. I have had a number of users
experience this message, including me :-)

I haven't found a answer so my 'cheap and nasty' solution is to turn off Error
Reporting (Settings > System Tab > Error Reporting)

Problem goes away :-)

[nsbasic-ce] Re: Windows Mobile 6.1

2009-10-23 Thread matthew_mueller
One major thing I did not point out is that I'm still using NS Basic/CE 7.0.4.
We have not purchased the upgrade to 8.0 and I see that runtimes are no longer
needed for 8.0, which I assume is due to the built in installer building
function in NS Basic/CE.

I'm going to test this device using the 8.0 Demo

[nsbasic-ce] Re: Windows Mobile 6.1

2009-10-23 Thread matthew_mueller

No, unfortunately I don't have another CK3 at my disposal, as this device was
sent to me from a customer.

I'm going to test different versions of our product and of the CE Runtime to
see if it makes a difference.

Thanks.

[nsbasic-ce] Windows Mobile 6.5

2009-10-23 Thread George Henne
Now that Windows Mobile 6.5 is out, we have been able to test on actual
devices.

I'm happy to report that NS Basic/CE 8.0 runs well and that there are no
problems.

If anyone else has a WM 6.5 device, please run the Benchmark from the
Samples folder on it - let's get some speed results. Many of these
devices have CPUs with clock speed much higher than previous device. We
will add the numbers to this table:

Re: [nsbasic-ce] Windows Mobile 6.1

2009-10-23 Thread George Henne
We don't have any other reports of this, or even of NS Basic not working
on any Windows Mobile 6.1 device.

Do you have another CK3 you can try?
