The problem is that NS Basic/Desktop 4 uses a new version of the
ExPropertyList control. We found bugs in the existing version that were
fixed. The new control is also in NS Basic/CE 8.0. However, NS Basic/CE
7 cannot use the new control, which is why you get the error.

The best way to fix this is to upgrade to NS Basic/CE 8 (which is very
nice!). However, we can also email you the old version of the control.
NS Basic/Desktop 4 will still work, but the properties window will have
some cosmetic issues.
