Why do you want to use the CAB file?
I did. The ReadMe says nothing about cab files.

I don't want to install a CAB file, a customer does because he is using a
program that automatically installs from sd card. Maybe you could just tell me
which exe installer he should be using.

NS Basic/CE 7 isn't set up for distribution via CAB files. That's one of
the things we added in Version 8.
If you're using ActiveSync, which would be normal for this device,
you'll know what to do already.
Could just tell me which NSBasic 7 runtime installer he should be using.
