You'll need to install it, then. 

Look in the Installers folder - is there something there that will
install it? (My apologies - we don't support NS Basic/CE 7 officially
any more. I know the control was in Version 7, but the exact
installation procedure escapes me. We really improved this in Version 8.)

Have you installed RuntimeFat.wince.exe to your device? (I think that's
the name of the installer for that device - recollection of NS Basic/CE
7 is getting hazy).

In Version 8, it's simple - just do AddResource.

In Version 7, you'll need to install the controls. See the Version 7
ReadMe for info on doing this.
