Thank you for using Simple Backup and reporting this issue. What brings
you to the conclusion the created snapshot are full snapshots? What is
the size of the archive files (files.tar.*)?

I just tried with sbackup 0.11.1 and with the same setup (only apt-get
update/upgrade changes on the client) it now works.
