Most of the RSL's have snooker rooms. The one at Burwood RSL is quite good,
3 or 4 tables from memory.

I used to drive past one all the time on Lane Cove Rd in Ryde (main centre
of old Ryde - where the supermarket is) - it was on the left as I was
driving south towards the harbour. Have no idea if it's still going or what
it was like.
Main place I used to play snooker was at the Commercial
They have two at the RSL in Maroubra but you can't book them. It's a bit
crap if you want to play regularly.
