Sounds like just like wanting David Jones , Glen Hoddle, Mark McGhee, insert next manager here, etc. out, and expecting different results ? Although have to agree, O'Neill would be a great choice, but he left Villa because of a lack of funds to spend. Would Morgan offer him more ? Doubt it.
