Hi Paul, Herniated disc (L5/S1). Spent 3 days lying flat on my back as I couldn't move. Have been doing physio to see if they can ease it back in to place. No mention of surgery thank goodness. Cheryl has been looking after me well so I've had a good chance to rest it so hopefully that will help longer term. Cheers, Marcus

Hello Marcus, Bad news mate! What exactly is the problem? I ruptured a disc in my lower back 8 years ago, 40% protrusion into my sciatic nerve. Very painful for months!! To cut a long story short after trying physio, medications etc. I had a full month off work and did nothing but lie on my back all day. This helped me turn the corner big time!
