I think we’ve been pointing to the CEO for a very long time.
My view hasn’t changed. I actually think we’ve got a good manager but we’re not
spending nearly enough money on players (and I think we have it to spend).

It's hard to know about spending on players without seeing the accounts. A
lot of fans think the club should be run at a loss, but that's too much to
expect, even if so many clubs do.
It shouldn't be a source of profit though
