Re: [League One Champions 2013/4] Promotion
There seems to be only a weak relationships between points achieved in League One and finishing position in the Championship. Southampton only bought three players, most of whom were mediocre, between promotions from League One and the Championship. Norwich bought more but they were weak too. None are still in either team. 2nd is my forecast On 9 April 2014 11:33, Steven Millward wrote: > Norwich got 95 points in League One in 2010 and then finished second in > the Championship the following season > Southampton got 92 points in League One in 2011 and then finished second > in the Championship the following season. > > We will have the momentum to go straight up. > > > On 9 April 2014 09:46, james graves wrote: > >> 7th to 13 th I would be happy , need to build a team . >> >> End of season drinks which dates are good for everyone . >> >> >> >> >> Sent from my iPhone >> >> On 9 Apr 2014, at 7:56 am, "Paul Crowe" >> wrote: >> >> If we can make the Play-Offs next season it would be a very good >> achievement. Re: [League One Champions 2013/4] Promotion
Interestingly, both of those clubs changed their managers when they got to the premier league, almost to suggest that they recognised that just because they were successful in the lower leagues, doesn't mean they could continue in the premier league. Wonder what would have happened if we'd recognised this limitation with Thick Mick?
