Well, TeXLive, fpTeX or Hans' stripped-down TeX version comes into my mind.
I'm running TeXLive2003, although I think my ConTeXt is from last

Hello all.
The following code (tested at contextgarden) illustrates my current problem:

\definetextbackground[TestBackground]
[leftoffset=1em,rightoffset=1em,topoffset=8pt,
bottomoffset=8pt,frame=on,location=paragraph]
\starttext

1. \setupcite[number][left=[, right=]] did not work. the citation

In this case, you also need \setuppublications[refcommand=number],
to change the default alternative for \cite.

Sorry, but I find that a bit to cumbersome to do at the moment!
The layout of another book I'm trying to prepare using ConTeXt appears

Hello,
in core-sec.tex, I read:
\def\sectionseparator{:} % was : but is now -
I there any inconvenience, to change it to - ?
I've tried it out, and all my problems to get French spaces before
punctuation and project structure and so on, were gone.
Could we patch core-sec.tex ?
Cheers, Peter

Hi all,
I used a one-page pdf like background image. The size of paper is A4
(210x297mm). The size of my pdf image is a little bigger (220x311mm).
For the cover, when I used:
\useexternalfigure[cover][cover-1005-4][width=220mm]
\defineoverlay[cover][{\externalfigure[cover]}]
\starttext

The most relevant bit of documentation is this:
Hello,
with the help by Hans, I've got a nice little macro \MyMacro.
Now, I get another problem, when using \doifmode in the argument of this
macro. This is the error message: ! Incomplete \iffalse
And here the example file:
\newcount\MyVersion
\def\MyMacro#1{%
\getgparameters[XXX][#1]
