I get exactly the same problem today. I decided to install the latest mswincontext.zip since I hadn't updated for some time. I've never been sure of the update process so I thought this would be the best thing to do. Luckily I still have a an old versine which I installed and worked fine. It's

Hi, When compiling a file in SciTE using F7, if the file, is already open in Adobe Acrobat, the compilation stops and asks for a new file name to write the PDF file to. I think the normal behavior would be to automatically close the current instance of the file in Acrobat and compile it again.
