The following code should solve your problem:

This issue has been resolved with a new luatex dll in the Win64 bin
directory (perhaps elsewhere as well, but I only have Win64).

I'm trying to create a two-sided document in an RTL language. I'd like to
reverse the margins and the page flow, so that the first page has the
