Hi Keith You don't have unzip in your path. I've met the same problem first time I use Hans' minimal context distribution on Windows. Then I download a gnuwin32 version of unzip from: http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/downlinks/unzip-bin-zip.php and I extract the files under /bin directory to $wher
